Practice-oriented article highlights the role of BPM for digitalization
The current issue of WHU's Controlling & Management Review journal features an article co-authored by myself on how firms can prepare for new legal provisions in Germany using procedural documentations. Procedural documentations extend business process management (BPM) and can become a vital tool for digitalization. Professional expertise was provided by my co-authors Mr. H. Heimfarth and Mr. T. Martin as certied accountants. The article is the result of a cooperation started in scope of the Forum Mittelstand initiative of WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Koblenz.
