Mr. Uwe Johnen, T-Systems International GmbH today held a guest lecture as part of my Introduction to MIS class. He provided insights into managing Digital Transformation solutions in the automotive sector. His topics included customer experience management, predictive maintenance and current challenges in implementing 'agile' work methods to large organizations.
